Proudly from Boston but attending London College of Fashion in England. Decided to take an adventure. After this year though, my ♥ is set on the continuation of a bachelors in Fashion Design back in the USA. The art world is all about impressing, so I intend to win over the heart of the fashion industry and have them head over heels. Yep I have big dreams, but honey it is a BIG world out there.

YES! Marc Jacobs made Time Magazine’s Time 100 List!!! It was only about time, seriously. He has not only been the creative director at the French fashion house, Louis Vuitton since ’97 but also manages to create countless wonderful pieces for both of his collections, Marc Jacobs and Marc by Marc Jacobs.

He is the only designer to make the Time’s list this year, but not the only one mentioned in this issue. While Jacobs was interviewed by longtime friend, Victoria Beckham, other designers stepped in to help interview others. Included are Tom Ford interviewing the model Liya Kebede, Donnatella Versace interviewing Jet Li, and Donna Karan interviewing the architect Zaha Hadid.

The issue comes out tomorrow! So excited. Before I go to class I am going to pick up a copy of it just because it is him.

I’m going to get back to daily posts BUT right now must share my current obsession and try not to vent on how I am missing the wonderfulness of London thanks to an ash cloud. OH WAIT! Sigh…

So. New obsession. Weddings!

Wedding season is about to start anywho but what started this wedding thing for me was my vacation in Guatemala. My cousin showed me a magazine on wedding gowns after I told her that I was in college already in London and studying fashion there. Needless to say she was stoked. Couldn’t stop asking about things related to it. It made me feel special!

What has caught my eye are wedding gowns. Oscar de la Renta bridal seems to be the only choice I will allow to grace my body if I ever shall wed at the moment. But can you blame me?

So I kind of went on vacationnn? Left the world for three weeks basically. Even when I left London for Boston, very little people knew I was in town for three days then going to Guatemala for Semana Santa. Holy Week was great and I will get back to posting tomorrow or Saturday. Below is a picture summary of my trip.
